2019 Fall Youth Lacrosse Clinic FAQs

Fall Ball is here!  PABA will be running a "Boy’s" lacrosse program (i.e. full contact "Boy's" lacrosse...although girls are more than welcome as well.) for students in grades 1- 12 on Monday nights from 6pm – 7:30 pm.  The program starts on 9/16 and will end on 10/21.  We may continue into early November if the weather is nice or we need to make up rain days.  This house practice league will focus on skill development and we will practice at the fields next to Fricano Elementary (the same fields we played on this summer).  You will need the same equipment and mouthpiece as needed in the summer.

Thank you for your continued interest as we are striving to continually improve the program.   We are excited to bring year round lacrosse to PABA and Starpoint!!

Here are the details:

A: Registration is open from September 3 - September 16, 2019.
You must registers online through this website.

Q: Where do you hold your practices?
A: All practices are held at Starpoint Central School at the fields East of Fricano Primary School.

Q: How much does it cost to participate?
A: The registration fee is $30 for each youth. This fee includes a t-shirt, insurance, and covers field maintenance and fees.

Q: What will I have to buy?
A: If you do not have them from the regular season, each player is required to wear gloves, an NOCSEA regulation lacrosse helmet, arm pads, shoulder pads, and a mouth guard. While not required, a protective cup is recommended for all players. Each player will need a lacrosse stick, and you’ll also probably want to purchase some lacrosse balls to practice at home.

If you child wants to play goalie, PABA will provide a throat guard, chest protector and goalie stick that will be shared by all players who play the position
